Shipping

Shipping rates and times depend on the shipping speed, the weight/size of the item(s), and the shipping destination.

Most orders are shipped within 3-5 business days once your order payment has been accepted. A confirmation email including the shipment tracking number will be sent to you when your order has shipped. You can also track your order using the My Account dashboard.

To determine the applicable shipping rate and time for item(s) in your cart, please do the following:

From the Cart page

Click “Change address”
Select Country
Select State/Province
Enter Address
Enter Zipcode/Postal Code
Click “Update”
Shipping methods for your order will be displayed
Select a shipping speed then click Proceed to checkout

From the Checkout page

Select Country
Enter Address
Enter Town/City
Select State/Province
Enter Zipcode/Postal Code
Once the address is entered the shipping methods for your order will be displayed.
Select method of payment

a) Paypal

i) Click Paypal then log into your account via the popup screen

ii) Using Paypal to pay with a Debit or Credit card

1) Enter card information then click Pay Now

b) Credit Card or Debit card

1) Enter card information then click Place order

Delivery times depend on the shipping speed and the shipping destination.

United States 3-7 business days

Note: Saturday delivery may be available in some areas.

Domestic (Priority)

United States 1-3 business days

Any item returned within the order return policy period is honored with no hassle.
The return period starts when your order has shipped.
The return policy covers an item ordered that is damaged, defective, or not what was expected.
A return can be requested for a full refund or a coupon as a store credit.
Providing the package tracking number of the item being returned will complete the process for the refund or coupon as store credit.
